Simon Adkins is the owner of the arcade Town Square and is usally seen in his ticket booth. He has a dog named Warry and is only seen as a minor character in Calvin and Hobbes the Animated Cartoon Adventures.

In A Town Square Fair, Simon sponsors the first annual Town Square video game contest. The rules are simple; whoever gets the most points in the game wins. In The Video Game Championship, Simon sponsors the second annual Town Square video game contest. There was no change of rules, but they changed the video game to Archer Quest 11. In The Gameformation, Simon tells information about the games that Calvin, Hobbes and Andy put on their website. Also, in the episode it is revealed he has a dog.
